Unprofessional and Unreliable.Representative spent an hour here measuring and discussing our project. We wanted a new porch, siding on front of house, new door and new windows. Told us he would get back to us with an estimate. After over 3 weeks and hearing nothing we called the office and were told he would talk to that rep and get back to us. Once again we never heard back from the rep or company. Obviously didn't want the job.
I have used Peak construction for a few projects. Phil and his team are very professional and have the absolute BEST prices for different jobs. Yes there are times that he can be hard to get a hold of… but this is partially due to him also being on the sites! Phil doesn’t sit in an office and send people out, he also goes out to most of his jobs himself! They did patch up work on the street and left a dip in the road instead of using more blacktop to fill it to where it doesn't fall back in. It seems to be a major problem throughout the city
Awesome team. Awesome job. After not receiving a call back from another company, I left a message with Phil who called me back within a few hours. Scheduled an inspection the next day and had an estimate to me that same evening. Repairs were scheduled within the week. The team went above and beyond my expectations.
