My company agree to buy two of Peaks machines from them. They misrepresented one of the machines in stating they had the top half of the cab on one of their jobsites. I drove down to the jobsite from WI to get the door, but they did not have it on site. I waited while they searched at the office, with no call backs while I waited. The door was $3000 to replace so my company sent them an invoice, to which we have gotten no response, whether in the form of payment, phone call, or email. Very unprofessional!
Its a pleasure to work with great people who put the customer first. They get the work done on time and on budget.
