Kyle Smoot is a liar and a cheat! Embezzled over $30k from us on an addition on our home we hired him to do! I cannot tell you enough about all the lies and crap this man put us through. We are not the only ones. After speaking to DOPL and the local police It turns out Kyle Smoot has a trail of victims he leaves behind. The list is frightfully long. Please save yourself and do not hire him. DOPL is currently working on getting his business license taken away. He is also legally bankrupt … just sayin. RUN!

Kyle with Peak Construction services promised to have my job completed within 6 to 8 weeks. It was a 400 square-foot addition and a year later it still wasn’t done. I had to have Kyle come back and fix things multiple times, and they were mistakes that he made. He framed my exterior wall 3 inches out a level put in my window backwards charged me multiple times for the same product.
