Jordan is a fabulous personal trainer! She really took time to understand my goals and evaluate where I was starting from. She explained the steps I needed to take for accurate form better than anyone has been able to. Jordan took time to answer all my questions even made sure I felt comfortable in the gym myself. I would leave sessions with Jordan feeling inspired, motivated and empowered!
I did one on one coaching with Jordan and she was great! She really helped me with good body mechanics while getting strong(er)! It was most helpful that she is also a PT, love that! It is a nice initmate gym with small class sizes and 24 hour access. If/when I am back in the area I would most definitely return to this ♀️ gym.
My experience at Peak Conditioning and Fitness was nothing short of incredible. Jordan cares so much about her clients and helping them be the best they can be! I was very new to the gym when I first began training with her and she made the whole experience so enjoyable and not intimidating. I learned so much!! I unfortunately had to leave due to my job but I would come back in an instant the next time I have the opportunity!
