I'd just like to say that we started discussions to apply for a lease with them... but UPS suddenly made a mistake on the house value, and it went from $570 to $700 in less than an hour. I find this very deceptive, disrespectful, and unscrupulous on the part of a company. A $20 or $30 error may be a mistake, but $130 seems like a rip-off to me! I immediately declined the application. They installed a smoke alarm without informing me or getting my approval despite the property already meeting minimum requirements, which was a major breach of trust. Peak Central is hands down the worst real estate agency I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. As a tenant, you are treated like absolute garbage. They show zero respect and will do everything possible to rip you off, especially when it comes to your bond. Doesn’t matter how spotless you leave the property — they’ll invent ridiculous charges just to keep your money. Repairs? They don’t care.
