great communication. Fantastic … Really happy , Just moved into a rental , house is quite old and needs some basic maintenance however they were onto it straight away and made me feel really comfortable. No waiting for ages for approval . Just really good service. Would really recommend them. Nice to come across a Real Estate who is about their tenants.
Tenant turned landlord. I had a great experience with Peak as a prospective tenant and found their vetting process to be very thorough. From this great experience, I was very happy to put my own investment property in their hands to manage for me. Excellent and prompt communication, professional and a great team to deal with. Five stars all round.
We just purchased a property through this group and were pretty disappointed, the only saving grace was Michelle in the office who was fantastic to deal with. Having started the process with Richard to buy the property, we found him rude and arrogant, even after we bought the property we only got a text to confirm the offer was accepted and the property was ours. Would not recommend buying or selling through this agent.
