I went to the center today to try to get information for my son. There was 3-4 employees inside, watched me pull up from the window and when I went in and rung the bell, they advised me scan the QR code on the door instead of coming to the door to address a question I had about INSURANCE and the services but mainly INSURANCE. I did not scan that code and walked out, as I walked out they continued to watch me leave and get in my car and pull off. If I wanted to communicate with a computer I would not have rung the bell. The peak center is amazing and my daughter loves it there so much she has come so far .the staff and kind , patient,caring and always make time for parents.i am forever grateful to the peak center
Surprised when I saw some negative reviews. My daughters have been at Peak for years, and I absolutely love their staff. Sometimes it takes a bit to get a response, but it is only a few days. I have watched my kids sessions in person and observed a few times in the center, as a behavior tech myself, I love how they interact with my kids, and how the supervisor is very present to help their techs.
