I went to the center today to try to get information for my son. There was 3-4 employees inside, watched me pull up from the window and when I went in and rung the bell, they advised me scan the QR code on the door instead of coming to the door to address a question I had about INSURANCE and the services but mainly INSURANCE. I did not scan that code and walked out, as I walked out they continued to watch me leave and get in my car and pull off. If I wanted to communicate with a computer I would not have rung the bell. The peak center is amazing and my daughter loves it there so much she has come so far .the staff and kind , patient,caring and always make time for parents.i am forever grateful to the peak center
Surprised when I saw some negative reviews. My daughters have been at Peak for years, and I absolutely love their staff. Sometimes it takes a bit to get a response, but it is only a few days. I have watched my kids sessions in person and observed a few times in the center, as a behavior tech myself, I love how they interact with my kids, and how the supervisor is very present to help their techs. This place is wonderful! My son has been going there for 1.5 years and loves everyone! They are kind and caring! They are professional but also welcoming! They are a part of our family. My son is there full time and never wants to leave! The staff is amazing and great! The flexiblity and willingness to work with the kids and families is incredibles. I see my son is loved and very much taken care everyday! The team work and realibity is definitely apparent. We would recommend to anyone and everyone! It's sad to see bad review... read more
