We built with Peak from 2019-2021. Our house was estimated to have 1.3 million in damages due to Peak's faulty construction and dishonest practices. Peak has been fined by the DPOR for not following the change order process throughout our build and also using many unlicensed subcontractors. Without our knowledge, he substituted our custom choices with cheaper materials over and over again and did not refund us. He tried to charge us a $12,000 a month "delay fee" (for 6 months) which he completely made up. The floor of our po... read more

We are posting it here for “Peak Builders” and for “Peak Builders LLC” because they are exactly the same entity. Both are owned and operated by Matt Gruber. It appears that someone is trying to create a new business name with a different phone and address to create the impression that the negative reviews are for another business. They are not.
