The brain training program at Peak Brain is really helping me develop my focus and attention. It was great to see that my challenges with both had a scientific basis and could be improved with neurofeedback and mindfulness meditations. Plus, I've begun to sleep more deeply than I have in years, which I hadn't even realized I was missing. I'm looking forward to attending more of their free weekly meditation classes and their monthly talks about the brain and how to enhance its performance.
