In my personal view and after a year in the complex I can only say one thing. STAY away as far as possible from this firm. PEAK name has been in the business for a long time, but the new PEAK was bought approximately 3 years ago, that has no fixed address. Useless, no idea about bylaws, will say anything to justify his argument, he will not follow protocol, manipulates minutes to suit the rental office that appointed them through vote rigging and works against the body corporate and the owners, minutes are never accurate, th... read more
