Called on March 7th to schedule an appointment for my daughter. The appointment was to be on March 11th with Angela Murphy. On the morning of March 11th we received a call that our appointment would be canceled because Angela was out sick. Understandable considering the flu was going around pretty bad. I then received an email assuring me that this was a rare occurrence and Angela would reach out in the next day to reschedule, that was from her supervisor. I found this clinic all excited to start therapy, but failed to look at the reviews first ...... it's incredibly hard to connect with someone from the clinic. It rings and rings and rings - straight to voicemail. I've spoken to billing once about my late cancel charges (which make sense, charge my account then) but there are some large charges that just don't make sense. I've missed a few appointments, I understand there are fees that go along with it. My card was ran - so I paid for it. But... What are all these $150, $75 c... read more
