Extremely disappointed. Vehicle never prepared with MOT as promised (still isn't). Very poor communication and now I can't get anyone to respond to my request to return my £500 deposit.
Bought a BMW x5 F15. Nelson was very nice when I was purchasing the car but only because he wanted my money. On the way home a light came up. Called him about a million times and he wouldn’t answer my calls or emails. Cost me around £3k to get it fixed from BMW. Very disappointed
Intial dealings with Nelson were great. Very relaxed and no hard sell. Car was paid for and delivered as arranged. Have absolutely no complaints about the vehicle but it is now 2 months later and despite numerous phone calls and messages and what have turned out to be false promises I have still not received my proof of purchase receipt, warranty or V5 log book (which I know comes from DVLA but should have arrived by now). They have great cars at amazing value. The post sales customer service is impeccable. Don't get me started on how clean the cars come....👌👌
