I’ve been going to peak on and off for 5 years. I would go everyday if my schedule allowed! I love the style and instruction of the workouts given by Ryan and his team. I have become more confident in my strength, form, and lifting abilities. I’m so incredibly thankful for the community that peak athletics has given me. I recommend peak to anyone looking to maintain or improve their fitness goals in a positive gym environment.

I've been around Ryan and the PEAK team for years now and I can confidently say it's the best facility in Wilmington. The group fitness classes are incredible high energy workouts. The personal training is top notch with attentive coaches. Definitely recommend.
Ryan and his team, at Peak Athletics, have always been super to work with! They know how to customize training for each client/goal/injury recovery. Every interaction has been excellent. They are accomodating and communicative, as well!
I've been going to Peak for four months now, and it's been the best decision ever! A friend introduced me to their inline body test, which got me started. After completing that, I tried the other tests that they offered, like metabolic rate and cardiovascular fitness.
