I saw Maysie Van Leeuwen for a telehealth appointment and it was the biggest waste of my time and money. I had an allergic reaction to an unknown substance; hives, itching, full body redness, sensitivity to even my shirt touching my skin. Maysie Van Leeuwen’s first suggestions at a cause- anxiety. The biller Kelsey at Peak Allergy ruins the entire reputation for the business and dampers the patient experience immensely. About 5 months ago I left a negative review regarding the same disrespectful staff member which was then deleted after leadership at Peak called me and attempted to make things right. West money every time
The whole staff was friendly, patient and helpful with our 1 year old. We met with Dr. Reece Jones and he was absolutely amazing! We look forward to continuing to work with Peak Allergy and Dr. Jones!
Tried to make an appointment for my son and the receptionist put me on hold for 10 minutes!I called back and just laughed it off and when went about making the appointment she said she didnt have anything until September!Then she rudely hung up on me!I dont know if she was having a bad day but that isn't my fault!Rude lady.Dayna I believe was her name
