Dr Jones is awesome. He is very thorough and spends times to answer questions. His staff is awesome. When my son had problems with insurance billing Kelsey was so helpful, kind, and patient. It took awhile to get it fixed, but she kept working on it.
Dr Jones and his staff are the absolute best. Prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I can’t express how much I appreciate them!
I saw Maysie Van Leeuwen for a telehealth appointment and it was the biggest waste of my time and money. I had an allergic reaction to an unknown substance; hives, itching, full body redness, sensitivity to even my shirt touching my skin. Maysie Van Leeuwen’s first suggestions at a cause- anxiety. The biller Kelsey at Peak Allergy ruins the entire reputation for the business and dampers the patient experience immensely. About 5 months ago I left a negative review regarding the same disrespectful staff member which was then deleted after leadership at Peak called me and attempted to make things right. However, I am now beyond regretful that I deleted that review instead of continuing to warn others.
