Reading back through reviews, it’s clear that many patients have had very positive experiences here, and the doctor seems attentive and knowledgeable for many people. Great experience! Dr. Jones was thorough, explained everything, answered all my questions, and immediately knew what was going on. I would highly recommend their office for any of your allergy needs.

Awful place!! Came in for allergy testing, got the pokes on my back and was diagnosed as allergic to cats. I did not believe some of the results so I opted for a secondary blood test for allergies. Those results came back with no reactivity to cats. Scheduled an appointment for my son but never went and was still billed. Called the office to follow up and unfortunately had my call answered by an extremely unprofessional receptionist. As I was saying "thank you so much" she hung up in my face without a word. I do not know how to sing the praises of Dr Jones and his team, especially Dana, more than a silly review. They have worked so hard to help me navigate a very difficult experience and massive life change. The way his team and he spoke to me with respect, kindness, and knowledge was undoubtedly what seems to be a dying art form.
