Pretty frustrated with this company. We just moved into a home that had peak alarm already set up from the previous owners. When we moved in we payed to have the system stay with the house. We called peak alarm to get it set up under our name and so we could have access to it and use it. It’s been a month of us contacting them trying to get help to set it up and we have been going in circles. It feels like people that work there aren’t sure what they are doing.
