Legitimately one of the worst nightmare companies I have ever worked with. Aging technology and incompetent service. Please only choose Peak Alarm / Pye-Barker if you enjoy having random ear-drum destroying alarms going off with a service center that isn't able to turn it off.
Watched vehicle A-276 speed, tailgate, and swerve across the double white lines into the HOV lane while it was snowing. Be better.
Watch out for their technician hours. They will triple charge you and hope you don't call them on it.
Always have been responsive and great to work with our alarm system here in park meadows.
Really terrible experience with these guys. We purchased a home that had one of their systems installed and we can't get them to come out and service the unit. The alarm goes off in the middle of the night without warning and is almost impossible to figure out how to turn it off. We've called twice for help and have received zero response from customer service. If there was an actual emergency, would they even pick up the phone?
