This is a wonderful little store! It is a Visitors Center and shop. I found their inventory to be great - good quality and variety. Chatted with a very interesting lady running the shop - she was full of good, interesting information. She guided us to some trails nearby, as the road to the main forest had washed out. Though we did not get into the Hoh as deeply as we wanted to, we still had a great time. We'll go back!

I highly recommend this lovely little shop for any of your souvenir needs. I found the most precious keepsakes and had a lovely time admiring the trinkets, clothing, gear, accessories, and stunning view. Ms. Charlotte is a gem so happy to have stumbled upon this place.

Because of the reviews I read, I decided to drive up from Ruby Beach to check the store out. I walked in and there wasn't anyone in the store. I looked around, didn't find anything I wanted to buy, but I decided to get a water. I stood at the front cashier for almost 5 minutes. No one ever showed up, so I left.

My shoes fell apart at the Hoh Rainforest so we stopped in to buy new gear. The owners were unbelievably helpful and sweet, I bought Salomons that were perfect for hiking in raing Washington weather. If you need gear or souvenirs, highly recommend this shop!!
