WHAT A GREAT GYM! Was looking for a gym for my mother and found this place. I called a number before I settled. I don't know why this one felt right the vibe was good. I wasn't disappointed. The staff bent over backwards in tailoring to her specific needs. After jut a few weeks her strength had improved and she was walking more confidently. People in this gym are so friendly and can't say enough about the staff. Says it all. If you are looking for a gym with friendly staff and seeking results, this is the place!
