Peak 180 is one of the best gyms I have ever been to! The coaching staff is extemely knowledgeable and super motivating providing excellent guidance and support. The coaches and members welcome you with open arms and are so so friendly and non judgmental! Being going to peak for years, equipments are new, facility is big and clean. Staff and gym members are very welcoming and friendly.
I had a great first time experience at Peak Fitness. The instructor was welcoming and helpful in showing me around the gym. She helped to correct my form on certain moves. Participants were also warm and friendly. I did crossfit years ago and look forward to getting back into it.
