Peak 180 is one of the best gyms I have ever been to! The coaching staff is extemely knowledgeable and super motivating providing excellent guidance and support. The coaches and members welcome you with open arms and are so so friendly and non judgmental! I have been crossfitting on and off for 14 years and must say the programming here is nothing short of amazing.
