Dropping in to this CrossFit box in Syosset was great. The 5AM class was welcoming and very lively. The class was a wonderful mix of strength and metabolic conditioning. Coach Chelsea explained the workout and points of performance for the movements and kept us on schedule. I highly recommend CrossFit Peak 180 for drop-ins as well as anyone nearby looking for a home gym.
Peak180 is the only gym that makes me excited to sweat and cry at the same time. Clean, great vibes, and the equipment doesn’t judge you—unlike my mirror at home. 10/10 would recommend if you’re trying to get jacked without getting annoyed.
Hey just wanted to say how much I love this gym the staff and members are super friendly and the bathrooms are always clean the vibe here makes me want to stay longer and work out more I’ve lost 22 pounds so far and I think it’s all about the mindset this place gives you it really keeps me motivated I’d totally give it a 10 out of 10 I’ve been hitting the gym here for about 11 months now and it’s been awesome
