I've been to many trainers and gyms, and this is by far my favorite. Jess and Mike make every workout enjoyable and create such a welcoming environment. In just a few weeks, I've already noticed a huge difference—I feel stronger, more confident in the gym, and motivated to keep improving. I genuinely look forward to every session and highly recommend them to anyone looking for supportive and knowledgeable trainers!

I can’t say enough good things about Peak 10. From day one, Jess and Mikehave been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and motivating. Peak 10 is the best gym in the area. I've done 1:1 training with Jess, as well as group classes. Mike and Jess have created a safe and welcoming space, especially for those who are uncomfortable with the gym at first. 1:1 with Jess helped me lose weight, and gain confidence in how to correctly do strength training. Her group classes are fun and engaging and always end with a good sweat! Highly recommend seeing Jess and Peak10 for your fitness needs/goals!

Peak 10 is a fun and clean fitness environment. They offer small group training and one-on-one training utilizing several styles of training (strength, hiit, burn, etc). Each of the trainers prepare fun and efficient workouts, supplemented by great guidance and encouragement during your workout. Whether you are new to physical fitness or looking for a refreshing restart, this is the place to be! This gym is private and clean - what else could you want from a gym? The community of other trainers and clients is upbeat and positive - the classes create such a hardworking, welcoming environment.
