In the evening I had a flat tired. They said the replacement would be completed in ~35 min, and I paid $350 upfront. ~2 hours later, they called me saying they would arrive in ~1 hour and would be changed $480. I refused, stating they can't change the terms of the agreement like that, especially when a person is potentially in physical danger. The agent tried to convince me, but I still refused. I called for a flat tire at 4 am the driver was there in 15 minutes called me twice on his way very friendly professional and polite I went to grab the changed tire to put it in the trunk and he said he will do that I'm wearing gloves. Thank you
