Dr. Peacock and his staff took excellent care of my 9 year old from start to finish with the consultation and surgery. Dr. Peacock was very kind, professional, and caring when it came to my child’s care. He removed three impacted extra teeth my child had. He explained everything with no questions left unanswered and treated my son with such kindness. The scheduler (I believe her name was Nicole) was great with getting us in. The moment I decided that I wanted to go with another doctor, Peacock walked out of the room. I even said “ok bye then?” And he let going. Then some of his staff were rude about it. I shan’t be going back. There are many dentists and surgeons. No one’s this special. I won’t be talked down to or be treated rudely.
So far so good but I reserve the right to change my mind... The service was great but more importantly the implant post was placed (and it was a tough one, based on my previous horrible experience with Dr Memory in Wellesley) so expertly that there was quite literally zero bleeding and (after the first 4-5 hours) zero pain and only minimal swelling. There is one more appointment so it's not a done deal yet but so far, five stars. BTW, they never mentioned that an implant requires multiple visits following the extraction (a t... read more
