Toshiba said this duck had a high rating. I took my laptop to them on December 14, 09. There was a power interruption while MS was updating my Vista OS, rendering Vista inoperable. They advised that Toshiba said they needed to send unit to Toshiba. After 23 days, they had failed to get the proper box to send the unit out.
