Fast service, fair prices! Work completed while I waited. Very satisfied. Totally excellent service- mechanics and customer service personnel (Branden) went above and beyond to return my 16 year old Subaru in wonderful road worthy condition. . I love this car and the dealership that takes care of it. I only wish I could fix all the little stuff but a senior on a small income can only do so much. But this is truly a superbly engineered and designed and built vehicle .!
I've now been on a slow and steady day and on a not so slow day and I must say that I love the way the staff respects one another and each patron. From the doggie gifts to the laughs, this place is great and timely with service. I also appreciate that recommendations are suggested rather than pushed.
Because I didn’t give such a glorious review of an individual who should not be in customer service now no one will take my phone call. I bought a brand new Subaru and I have an appointment and now all of my calls from all the different phone numbers are being blocked. I don’t want this person fired. They just need someone to chat with them about how they handle talking to the public that’s all. I just want my car fixed that’s all. Now no one will help me.
