Quick and thorough. Very courteous staff
Two points to make today. First. I believe the techs did a fine job on my first service visit, I would rate them highly. Secondly, I was disappointed and angry that I felt (my wife agrees) that we were deceived when we purchased the car last month. I asked if loaners were available when I brought the car in for servicing. I (we) were assured that they were available for us. My Family has never had an easier car purchase experience. From the moment we walked in, and keep in mind we had three kids under 11 in tote, we were greeted right away by Joanie. She was down to earth and not pushy at all. She listened to exactly what we wanted and got us the car that we were interested in driving.
