I've had rugs cleaned by this company before and just picked up the three rugs that I dropped off two weeks ago. One was a main floor carpet runner that had not been cleaned in about 8 years and receives constant foot traffic. It's now bright and clean and feels softer underfoot. A second rug was wool that was full of sand from having been in a main living area at a cottage for about 15 years. Now it's soft and the vibrance of the colours has been restored.
