Really great. Office staff efficient and friendly. Eric went above and beyond on our tax prep. He is very thorough—even calling me late one evening with a key question, and had the return ready for signing next day. He is very patient as well. Looking for bookkeeping call Robinson Gruters and Roberts they have a small bookkeeping department but they care about there clients and passionate about there work
I have been a client of Joe grueters for the last 6 years. Have never had an issue with this firm. This year I assume Joe is busy with his political career and someone named Eric took over my account whome I did not approve. We had to send our taxes back twice because they were not done correctly. Then I call to talk to a human instead of going through email.
