Casey has been handling my taxes for the past year, and I couldn't be happier. He's friendly, approachable, direct, and incredibly knowledgeable. After Casey basically went AWOL, I asked for someone else to handle our account, and wound up with Eric. It is hard getting any information or even an understanding, human-like response out of him. Then he completely screwed up our return, missed a bunch of deductions and completely ignored estimated payments. When I called them on it, they did eventually fix and file the return, but then arbitrarily DROPPED US AS A CLIENT. Really great. Office staff efficient and friendly. Eric went above and beyond on our tax prep. He is very thorough—even calling me late one evening with a key question, and had the return ready for signing next day. He is very patient as well. Through my own error, an amended return was required three days later. He efficiently made the appropriate corrections and we signed the amendment the following day. Thank you Eric and team.
