Had an absolute blast using this company over the Fourth of July. The team was incredibly responsive leading up to the appointment, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Although the original car I selected ended up being unavailable due to a check engine light, Immanuel went above and beyond to make things right. I’m definitely giving this rental company a 5 star rating. It was my first time deciding to rent a Lamborghini and came across an ad on fcb marketplace. I reached out in regards to pricing and got a quick response from Immanuel. This dude was absolutely amazing and gave the absolute best customer service. I booked and scheduled a delivery for the morning of my wedding. When I called them 5 minutes after the scheduled delivery time I came to find out they don’t accept my insurance and won’t be renting me the car. No text or email letting me know. It caused me so much headache and completely threw my schedule off. To top it all off, they stopped picking up my calls and answering my texts when I tried to see if there was a possible solution.
