My fiance and I went in looking for wedding bands and, while Laura, the sales associate, was absolutely lovely, the owner of this shop was cruel, unkind, and inappropriate. The way he spoke to his staff was absolutely unacceptable and clearly thought it was fine, looking to my fiance and I - the customers - to validate his feelings that his staff was utterly incompetent. The showroom may look impressive, but professionalism goes far beyond appearances. After receiving the merchandise, communication slowed to a crawl and resolving payment became unnecessarily difficult. We've reached out multiple times to resolve the outstanding invoice professionally, but the lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Beautiful promises before the purchase, but a completely different experience afterward. Issues with the delivered goods, certification, and service made this transaction extremely frustrating. A reputable jewelry business should focus not only on selling products but also on providing transparency and support when problems arise.
