This place sold me a topaz not a diamond. Then when 3 other places told me it was fake and had it analyzed their magical devices said it was real. Lost $400 warranty, $750 restocking fee, the overnight mail fee. Seem like great people but even snakes can be deceiving. Please save your time and go some place else.
I expressed concerns about the person fixing my family heirloom watch, but was assured their person was the best. When the watch was returned, it was missing a number on the face and damaged. I was the one that caught it and asked that they repair it. Their staff didn't even offer and seemed annoyed at the inconvenience. From the moment we walked in we felt so welcomed. The customer service here is amazing. Paula, Father Paul, and Joey helped us choose/design the perfect rings for my fiancé and I. We enjoyed every moment we were here. So friendly and honest. A bonus was the two dogs in there too!
My daughter was in Nashville for the weekend. She had a ring stuck on her finger. Her finger was beginning to swell enough to restrict some blood flow. I called Peacock Jewelers and Joey told me to send her to the store asap. He got the ring off of her finger without any injury to her finger. I cannot thank him enough!
Scam artists. Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE!!! My boyfriend bought me a "Diamond" necklace for my birthday, the second I saw it I knew he got ripped off. Fogged up, rainbow sparkles. My poor sweet boyfriend doesn't know anything about jewelry. Made him feel like garbage when I had to tell him that he got scammed. This store sells cubic zirconia marketed as diamonds and I can't imagine a more slimy practice. Absolutely unreal. At least they gave us a refund and admitted that they were not diamonds.
