I went here for the first time to Kristin, liked her in the beginning, never had a problem having my taxes done apparently she doesn't know how to do them, she's asks me questions on the phone about where example 5,000 came from, she doesn't know how to do a K-1 form, I'm not the accountant, she is suppose figure it out apparently she's not knowledgeable and it's costing me money, she fired me before I had a chance to fire her, never would I recommend this company to anyone. I was deeply disappointed by my interaction with Frank Peacock. His condescending attitude towards me, as a woman, was unmistakable. When I asked tax-related questions, he made me feel uneducated and was incredibly rude. If you are a woman looking to start a company, I strongly advise against seeking assistance from this business. Unfortunately, sexism is still present, and my experience here is a testament to that. Had my first and last appointment here. Meet with Frank, who was extremely rude to me and advised me to take my business to H&R block instead of seeing his agency. He also refused to answer barely any of my questions because I didn't provide documents he wanted. Despite the fact they didn't pertain to our conversation at all. The questions I wanted were in reference to self employment and quarterly taxes as I've personally started working.
