This review is for Peacock’s PARTS department. We have had nothing but bad experiences (with the slight exception of 1 guy trying to be helpful the first visit - which is why I’m giving 1 star) the entire month of December 2024! The first visit- the parts were to arrive the next day. Told the next day it’s not there yet & I asked them to call when they arrive- told okay. They never called- so a few days later called them back & they noticed they didn’t place the order correctly so it never arrived! Told it would be a few day... read more
This is the worst Ford Parts Dealer in the Nation, they will charge $99 on at part thats listed by Ford to have a MSRP of $60, you can call Sun State Ford instead they will stick to MSRP and give a small discount 10/21/23
The staff were friendly and got my order correct (I had another dealer completely screw a previous one up). Shout out to Kevin for going above and beyond in helping me find pricing for additional parts! Looking forward to doing more business with you.
