Even with the picture I brought, which she never really looked at, I was not happy with her work she never shampooed before the cut and didn't really listen to what I had to say so I will never be going back as I went from long hair to super short this experience was no good!
Careful of this place. Crystal Over processed my hair until I had bald spots and scabs. She was super rude /snobby and instead of being a professional and fixing the issue she got her friends to go to my personal FB and harass me. She told me she doesn't know how to fix it, well I guess when you burn someone's hair because you don't know how to bleach properly that will happen. Crystal is awesome and quick.
Crystal does a PHENOMINAL JOB..she knows her stuff!..I came to her after my usual guy started not showing up for appointments and I used to go to her place to see someone else...who has long gone ..I never had Crystal ..TILL..I went to her after hearing she could do hair tattoos as well ...so.i gave her a cracked at it and..SHE BLEW ME AWAY!!!...she did SUCH a great job with the tatts..and..she KNOWS how to cut short hair!!!..which believe me..is hard to come by...she is an AMAZING stylist...I know when I sit in her chair..i... read more
