Slow, unattentive service – Dined at Peacock Alley last night. The service was incredibly slow and unattentive. The waiter forgot to bring us our drinks. After our food was delivered, we rarely saw anyone. Then they delivered our desert to the wrong table. When I asked about it, they admitted their mistake, then took another 15 minutes to come back. This was for three scoops of gellato. The restaurant wasn't even busy. The food is tasty, but the portions are small. For the $$$$, we were very disappointed.
Meet you by the Clock! – I dined at the new Peacock Alley twice this past weekend. Sunday Brunch is hands down the best in the City. Its the only grand brunch worth going to. Set up is spectatcular spreading into the Lobby of the Waldorf Astoria. We also went for dinner. Chef Cedris Tovar's food is stylish, service was attentive, bar vibe is great. Check out the piano bar after catching a show on B'Way.
