I have told all of my lady friends about this place because it is a true GEM! The small group classes are really well-programmed, they have GREAT equipment, the trainers are friendly and attentive and the vibe is excellent. I’m an experienced lifter but their classes are also very beginner-friendly and the environment is super supportive. I’m so glad I found this gym!

I love this gym! I've been attending small group classes here for 10 months and I can tell I've gotten much stronger. The instructors are great. They are attentive and helpful, and they prioritize safety and doing movements correctly. The classes are a great size, and are fun and never get boring. I was new to strength training when I joined, and I've learned so much from Lucy and all of the trainers. I highly recommend Peachy Strong for women all ages and abilities!

I was looking for a gym where I would feel comfortable working out towards my goal. At the same time, I also wanted to have a good workout with a professional trainer. Someone that knows the exact anatomy, physiology of exercising. I came across Peachy Strong via social platform and decided to give it a try. Lucy knew! Lucy knows! All women come in different shapes and sizes and Peachy Strong knows exactly that. Even her trainers are amazing! You have to give it a try and STAY for the results!

had such a great experience at Peachy Strong in Pasadena! Lucy is absolutely amazing—she’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the workout. She really pays attention to form and makes sure everything is beginner-friendly while still giving you a good challenge. I left feeling stronger, energized, and excited to come back. Highly recommend working with Lucy if you’re looking for a supportive and motivating coach!
