The technicians are great. The owner is dishonest. She books appointments opposite of requests. Then upon arrival pretends she made an error. After two years of multiple same scenario experiences, I can genuinely confirm. A month ago when she did it, she gave me the most evil smile when I gave into her habitual dishonest tactic. My never going back will not impact her. She knows that with an overall 4.0 rating, which is low collectively, will not impact her business. So….why would she start caring. Outstanding customer service , never been to a nail salon that had wonderful customer service like peachy nails , outstanding nails designs etc, I literally felt like home , they are like family ladies you want to go to a nail place please go to peachy nails and go see Mrs Navia , Mrs Shelby and Mrs Tina ,, as well as the boss David was outstanding always making sure we were right at home. So yessss ladies please please go see them. If you want to look and feel like a dime piece !!!!!!!!!!!
