I've gotten my glasses at this store for years. It's very easy to use my insurance plan. I can get my benefits and just supplement to upgrade my frame and I have a really great looking pair of glasses. I get the exam covered with a co-pay and I feel that my eyes have been well taken care of. My prescription has always been perfect and I always feel my sight is the best it can be with the glasses. Very happy with the look of my new Prada glasses.
I no longer wear contacts or glasses, but when I did, the only place to go was Grand Central Optical- they are patient, friendly and knowledgeable.
I wear glasses all the time so I want them to look really good. I loved the selection of frames here and I picked out two - one for everyday at work (a really light frameless pair from Lindberg) and one a little more fun for going out (in a great green color) Found the salesman helpful with chosing styles - I tried on a lot before I decided on the ones I wanted. I didn't get an eye exam here because I already had a prescription. Definitely a good place to look if you like a big frame selection.
my family has been coming to this place for years, everyone else who works in metro north comes here. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY ARE THE BEST. they take insurances, they figure out all the odds and ends for u....makes a stressfull experience of picking frames and spending money relaxing!!!!!!!great place to go....
LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE. the location, the service, the selection. my glasses were made quickly and with the greatest expertise. Soon i will be going back to get my contacts and sunglasses from them.great place try it out!
A company favorite, recommended by all the people in my office. They get contacts, glasses, sunglasses specialized sport glasses and just great service in general. excellent place absolutly check it out.

I am extremely happy that i got glasses from this place. My rx was perfect , the fit was great and the service was outstanding. I recommend this place to anyone who appreciates a non-chain upscale establishment.
The best decision I ever made! Grand Central Optical not only explained all my optical choices and prices but accomodated my needs as far as time and money. Their service was excellent and can not be compared to generic or chain optical stores. An employee explained that they dont work off commission so rather than pushing a product to make more money,they sell exactly what the patient needs.
