We've been working with Kat & her team now for a few months for our short term rental in Oakhurst and have had a great experience! We live out of town so our cleaning team is really our boots on the ground. It's critical that we have a team in place that we can trust to do a great job and be super responsive. Too bad!! They cleaned our Air B&B for some time and communication worked properly, and they cleaned properly. They then said they had a family emergency and completely ghosted us for 3 weeks and left us hi and dry during the busiest time of our rental season. They still have some of our liens because they clean off site and they won’t make any effort to return them or even contact us to explain what kind of problem they are having. We have been more than patient and understanding if they had a family emergency but we run a ... read more
