Love Doctor Reimer and his staff. Dr. Reimer gives his full attention to you and discusses options and best solutions for your care. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit because he does give his full attention to every patient which I feel is important for the best care of all patients. I haven’t waited longer than 30 minutes and that is just on rare occasions.
Very friendly and knowledgeable.
On several occasions I've had to wait up to an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time before seeing Doctor Reimer. Watch patients that came in after me be admitted. I have screen shots of sign in board to prove it. His staff is incompetent in their positions. If you call with a question for dr Reimer you are wasting your time 9 out of 10 times you willnot get a return response. Dr Reimer is a great person but as far as a competent Doctor dont hold your breath.
Absolutely unacceptable! This office refused to schedule an appointment for my husband—even a month out—essentially turning him away as a new patient without offering any real solution. If this is how they treat people before even stepping in the door, I can't imagine the level of care (or lack thereof) once you're a patient. Dismissive, disorganized, and deeply unprofessional.
