Great doctor but his refusal to prescribe hard pharmaceuticals to patients is where I have my only gripes. Definitely an experienced MD, has a good staff behind him, and the location is clean(smells good too). I just wish he gave the xanax i wanted

He has been an amazing Dr for my family as well as myself for the last 32years. Very caring, and full of compassion.
This is about the front desk staff, not the Doctors. My 90 year old dad has Dr. Nakata, who is a pro. Two thumbs up. His receptionist is a witch. Never helpful, never giving you any advice. Confrontational, arrogant, mean. I had to wait till she was off one day to give the Doctors office a copy of my fathers Advance Health Care Directive, because I felt she would not process it.
