I wish I could leave 0 stars. First of all, I’ve been going here for 10 years and have been on the same birth control for all that time. I needed a refill, but when I went to the new app it said I didn’t have a doctor. I called and it said to refill I had to use the app, but that wasn’t an option for me so I had to select the appointment line. The woman who answered gave me SO MUCH attitude. The new office/transition has been a total disaster. I waited over an hour in the lobby, watched at least 4 people get called back that got there after me. Once I got back in the room I had to wait another 30 minutes. I was told that my blood pressure looked good, but no one actually took it, so not sure how they knew.
How the hell do you say you are open until 3 but when your office is called at noon on Friday your automated line says you are closed
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’m very disappointed. I’ve been going here for 11 years, and have only had 2 other unfortunate experiences that weren’t really worth making a review over. I needed a semi-urgent ultrasound and said I was willing to see whichever doctor was available. Dr. McDaniel was the only one, and unfortunately, I’ve never experienced a worse bedside manner.
