I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’m very disappointed. I’ve been going here for 11 years, and have only had 2 other unfortunate experiences that weren’t really worth making a review over. I needed a semi-urgent ultrasound and said I was willing to see whichever doctor was available. Dr. McDaniel was the only one, and unfortunately, I’ve never experienced a worse bedside manner. Very disappointed with my experience calling this office. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to answer, and the receptionist was unhelpful and uninterested. I explained I wanted to see Dr. Fryman (my mom is a patient of hers), but as a new patient I was told I couldn’t be seen until May—even with concerning issues. When I asked what I was supposed to do, I was told to “find another place to go.” My mom goes to the Canton office and always has a great experience, so this was shocking. I became pregnant in May of 2025 and was recommended to come to PWC. Dr. McDaniel is a phenomenal doctor, and really makes you feel like your concerns are being addressed. I was so impressed with how kind, attentive and personable he was at every single appointment. I have been singing his praises since coming to him, and I recommend him to anyone visiting this practice. The office staff has also been so sweet and helpful! Cannot say enough good things about my experience here.
No one answers. my wife just had our second baby and we are trying to call and schedule a follow up that they demanded. We've called 13 times in the past 2 days and no one answers. This office sucks. Canton is 1000% better.
