I recently had a difficult experience with a phlebotomist at the Forsyth location. Immediately I could tell the issue was solely with the phlebotomist as every other person at the practice jumped into action to assist and make me more comfortable. When I got home I received a call from the office letting me know how upset they were with what had happened and apologized for what I experienced. I absolutely love this place! From the moment I walked in, the office staff, nurses, and doctors were professional, caring, and went above and beyond to make my visit a great experience.
