I'm really disappointed with my experience with English. When i came i requested layers. I went in trusting her with my long hair and asked for a simple trim to start off while keeping my length. While I was explaining how I wanted it cut, she cut me off mid sentence and immediately told me to turn around so she could start. She didn't ask how much I wanted taken off or confirm anything before cutting.
