Such an amazing Assisted Living! Working with this facility as partner Home health and Hospice has really been a great! The building is always so clean and residents are always out and about interacting with staff in such a great way. They are great to communicate with us and be a good partner so their residents get all the care they need.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Haven Creeks Assisted Living Facility. The staff are caring, professional, and always willing to help. Erica especially stands out because of her excellent communication and kindness. She keeps families informed and makes sure residents feel comfortable and cared for. It’s clear the staff truly care about the people who live there, and that gives families peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking for quality assisted living care.

I cannot say enough good things about Haven Creek Assisted Living. Moving my grandmother was a difficult decision, but the staff here made the transition seamless and welcoming. The care team is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and professional. They made my grandmother feel like family, ensuring they are not just safe, but truly happy and engaged. I finally have peace of mind knowing my loved one is in such caring hands by the staff. Thank you so much for all the work you do for my grandma.
