Don’t let Dr Waggoner circumcise your child. I know of three other families who’ve had sons with problems. Our son might have to have his redone because she left too much skin and caused scarring. The people are nice but they don’t do in house testing. Any simple test you have to hand deliver to the hospital lab yourself. That’s a huge hassle with sick kids. I visited this facility as a child and, now that I am pregnant, I had even considered bringing my own child here in the future. Unfortunately, a recent experience has completely changed my opinion. I stopped by to request some documents and was assisted by the front desk receptionist. She was professional, and helpful. I asked if my mother could pick up my old medical records the following Monday since I would be out of town, and she informed me that this would be fine. What a joke! 5:30 in the morning with a 5 year with a bad migraine and they wouldnt even let me speak to a nurse to see if it was an emergency so I would know weather to take him to the emergency room they said to call back when I was an established patient that they help ONLY their established patients even after me telling them that the emergency room receptionist wouldnt even let me speak to a nurse to see if I need to bring him in.
