The staff could use major TLC. Front desk was dry short and cold. Asked if they had a mask to wear and bluntly responded “no”. Okay? What medical office doesn’t have a mask? Then we were called back and the assistant was also dry and sneezing up a storm. Not sure if she had allergies or a cold but it was really odd and concerning that she was working in a medical office under those conditions. I’ve been taking my girls since they were babies to Peachtree Pediatric Urgent care. They are prompt, courteous and efficient! Hours are so convenient as well. I highly recommend Dr. Sesay and all his NP’s we’ve seen. The staff is great with kids too.
This is always my go-to pediatric urgent care! The staff is absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and professional. The doctor is outstanding, providing top-notch care with patience and expertise. The nurses go above and beyond to ensure my child feels comfortable and safe. I’ve been going here since 2021, and I’m still in awe every time I visit. Every experience has been positive, and I truly appreciate the exceptional care they provide. Highly recommend!
We started going a few months ago and absolutely love it! They take their time at explaining, wait times are short, once I went and there was a few people in front but you can wait in the car and will be called in to go. Very friendly and clean environment!
Today I discovered that they offer video appointments, which is great if you are unable to visit in person. Scheduling was super easy & fast! My daughter was able to see the doctor in a matter of minutes and he was able to get us a prescription for her symptoms right away. This is my family’s go-to pediatric urgent care because they always provide excellent service and it’s always a quick visit without compromising the attentive care for the patients. Highly recommend this office and the staff/care providers.
