Front desk and lab staff is wonderful: caring, courteous & helpful. NP Mark Couch is great also, very informative. Never disappoints.
I have been there patient for more than 10 years. Recently I had an appointment which I missed due to other urgent matter. They charged me $100. This is just too much. I called them and explained if they can waive it off, but they rejected my request.
Kind, professional, responsive, organized, and timely. I didn't have to wait beyond my appointment time, and that is indicative of good management, planning, organization, and responsiveness. The staff answered all my questions and seemed to care about getting it right.
