Been there 4-5 times in the past year, always quick & easy check in, never waited more than 5-10 min in the waiting room even when it looked packed. I saw Dr Massey the first time after that I love always seen nurse practitioner Jay Wates. Both very attentive & helpful without feeling rushed.

This place is a joke they throw medication on the elderly change up treat them like rats in a lab I lost my grandmother to a stroke and now my father has had a stroke all because of medication they prescribed I begged my parents to find a different doctor to see no they trusted Jay and wouldn’t leave don’t go here please

First of all, the phone system needs an overhaul, but when you do get someone, they are very nice and helpful. Aside from the phone system, I have to give five stars because I have been able to get same day appointments for my sick child which means the world. Heather Trotter is so kind and good with my boy that I am glad she is there.

Crazy I have been a patient for quite a while called to try to get an appointment and there booked appreciate the loyalty to your customers but need to do better
