Many issues with room/experience that resulted in an unsat overnight stay. First issue walking into the room was the alarm clock display showed co pretty nonsensical numbers/letters. Not sure what the issue there was but I chose to ignore it. After a long day was about to take a shower but the water was always hot. And I mean scalding hot to the point of being dangerous to come I to contact with. No matter what direction the faucet turned, the water just kept getting hotter. Nice place. Very comfortable. Remodeled
My service was so bad I didn't even stay after the room was already paid for. Upon arriving the staff ignored me and then were very rude. Probably the worst experience I have ever had checking into a hotel.
Let me tell you. The woman on night shift at the front desk is TOP-TIER. She was so friendly after a frazzled day of traveling and already relocating from another HORRIBLE hotel experience. She made checking in easy and I can't praise her enough. Unfortunately the AC wasn't working and the room got up to about 80 and it started smelling like smoke coming from the unit in the middle of the night.
