Ya know,i actually genuinely hate to make this review bad. We have been here several times and we've never had issues with the front desk receptionist until this past weekend. I don't know if the lady was having a bad day or if she was just in a bad mood but I politely asked her if we could take our food into the area where breakfast is typically served where there are tables to eat at. Edit: 2nd visit march 29 1026. Did not go well. The place was freezing. Half of the waterpark was shut down including the hottub which had full capacity. It was cold and disgusting. The water was brown. The pool was ice cold. We spent most of our time inside the room. The room was mostly clean but didnt have a microwave. We noticed when we went to bed that night he door latch was broken. Having a toddler that felt unsafe and we did not say anything because we were tired and not feeling well. Many issues with room/experience that resulted in an unsat overnight stay. First issue walking into the room was the alarm clock display showed co pretty nonsensical numbers/letters. Not sure what the issue there was but I chose to ignore it. After a long day was about to take a shower but the water was always hot. And I mean scalding hot to the point of being dangerous to come I to contact with. No matter what direction the faucet turned, the water just kept getting hotter.
