This facility has been extremely disappointing. The manager in the office has exhibited unprofessional behavior, including cutting locks and claiming missed payments when accounts are current. Attempts to address these issues by phone are met with yelling rather than constructive communication. When asked for the owner’s contact information, she states that she is the owner and can act as she chooses. She has even suggested that if customers are dissatisfied, they can leave their belongings and she will “take care of it,” wh... read more
This place is great! Tamara, the manager, is excellent! She is super friendly and helpful, and was the main reason I ended up using this storage area. She went out of her way to help me out and to explain the storage instructions. The climate control is great. The place is clean and just an amazing storage facility! Everything is ground floor and access is so easy!
Very convenient place for storage, and spacious !
