Everyone was kind, caring and professional. I am already feeling much better.
I wish I could get my 30 minutes back waiting for them to work on things. First the door was locked, there was no receptionist. The person who opened the door didn’t bother trying to figure things out. They made me wait till things were up and running. If things aren’t as advertised, be frank. The whole point of it was to receive - urgent care - and how unprofessional was this process. If slots aren’t available block them off.
