Front desk customer service and Communication is horrible!
Never will I ever come to this Hampton location ever again! Waiting on management to contact me back and it’s been 24 hours and no one has called me. Communication sucks. The staff doesn’t show any concerns or willing to resolve the issue. Office was closed on a Sundy when the online information states open. AI answering calls. Still waiting on return call back! The worst service ever !! And have been waiting in the office for ten minutes to speak with someone and nothing.
