I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Peachtree Fence and Gates. We were charged a service fee, along with diagnostics and troubleshooting, without any prior notice that a technician had even visited our property. There was no power to the gate at the time the technician randomly decided to show up and not inform us that they were at our property. If we had been informed, we could have easily flipped the breaker to restore power to the gate, which would have allowed them to complete any work effectively. A... read more

DO NOT do business with this company! I paid $4800 for my fence and less than a month later it's falling apart and the company does not accept liability. We have called numerous times/left messages and NO ONE called us back. They blow you up to collect their money but don't call you to see how they can resolve the issue and guarantee their work. If i could give them a lesser rating i would. They built our fence completely wrong even after we sent them sample HOA approved fence pictures. They left the pickets without trimming them. When we asked them to fix it they are arguing with us that they won’t do it. Now it’s causing us more than $2000 extra to fix it. This is a terrible company, i would recommend everyone to not hire them, they are so unprofessional. Attaching pictures for reference. Pic 1 is the sample picture we provided Pic 2 is what they built.
