Really tough
If you’re looking for a beginners workout without a real trainer, accompanied by lots of tension and fraud, here’s your gym! I joined the gym as part of a 6-week challenge and it was great. The members received a lot of hands on assistance/guidance (as you should get from trainers). This gradually declined and members are now pretty much left on their own to figure things out.
